A cute character property developed with the Licensing Team at Hallmark as part of a consumer research ideation programme. Undertaken in three phases we identified a new opportunity for a female friendship brand, targeting a gap in the market for a humourous, but sweet character through contextual, expert & consumer research. Collaborating with the target audience to co-create & validate new concepts.
